Dr Fang- Wei (Welson) Jao 饒方瑋醫師

Dr Jao grew up in Taiwan and moved to New Zealand, where he completed his medical training at Otago University in 2009. Later, he moved to Brisbane in 2010 and worked in various hospitals in Queensland. He received tremendous experience from Princess Alexandra and Logan hospital. He worked as an internal medicine registrar in these hospitals and had experience in multiple sub-specialties within general medicine. After the birth of his son Declan, he decided to move to General Practice and obtained his fellowship in 2019. His special interest is in solving people's pain. He uses various methods to improve his patient's quality of life and strive to become the patient's best advocate for healthy living.
